1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By using BreakdownCentral you agree to these terms
  • If you disagree, do not use the service

2. Description of Service

  • BreakdownCentral is a production management platform for theatre and film directors
  • We provide tools for cast management, scheduling, breakdowns, and resources

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information
  • You are responsible for your account security
  • One account per person
  • You must be 18 or older to create an account

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscriptions billed monthly or annually
  • Payments processed by Stripe
  • No refunds for partial billing periods
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Access token users have beta access terms

5. Acceptable Use

  • Use BreakdownCentral only for lawful purposes
  • Do not upload harmful or illegal content
  • Do not attempt to hack or disrupt the service
  • Do not share your account credentials
  • Respect other users' privacy

6. Content Ownership

  • You own all content you upload
  • You grant BreakdownCentral license to store and display your content to provide the service
  • We do not claim ownership of your productions, scripts, or creative materials

7. SMS Terms

  • By providing your phone number you consent to receive SMS from productions you join
  • Standard message rates apply
  • Reply STOP to opt out
  • BreakdownCentral is not liable for SMS delivery failures

8. Limitation of Liability

  • BreakdownCentral provided "as is"
  • We are not liable for lost data or business losses
  • Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months

9. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time
  • We may terminate accounts that violate terms
  • Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days then deleted

10. Governing Law

  • These terms governed by Texas law
  • Disputes resolved in Texas courts

11. Changes to Terms

  • We may update terms with 30 days notice
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance
